We lost our METRO card. What do we need to do?

If the customer finds that he has lost his METRO card, he must come to the distribution center where he took out the cards as soon as possible, and first check at the entrance for customers whether the card might have been found at our facility. If the card is not found, the lost card is blocked, and the customer fills in and stamps the request for issuing a new card, which is made within a few minutes.
